How to Use Quick-Connect Fitting

1. Cut the tubing to length.
Use a saw or cutter to cut the LLDPE tubing to the desired length. Make sure the cut is clean and perpendicular to the tubing.

2. Insert the tubing into the fitting head.
Push the tubing into the fitting head until it bottoms out. You should hear a click when the tubing is fully inserted.

3. Check the seal.
Gently pull on the tubing to make sure it is firmly secured in the fitting. There should be no play or movement.

4. Connect the tubing to the other end of the fitting.
Follow steps 1-3 to connect the tubing to the other end of the fitting.

5. Test the system.
Turn on the water or air and check for leaks. If leaks occur, tighten the lock nut further or reinsert the tubing into the fitting.

To remove the tubing from the fitting:
1. Press on the collar.

The collar is located at the base of the fitting. Pressing on the collar disengages the quick-connect mechanism.
2. Gently pull it out.

Gently pull on the tubing to remove it from the fitting.

Notes:

Make sure to use the correct LLDPE tubing for the system pressure and temperature.
Do not use the fitting with tubing of other materials or diameters.
Do not exceed the maximum working pressure of the fitting.
