A Personal Note from Nordic Hydro
Welcome to Nordic Hydro. Whether you are planting your first tray of microgreens or scaling up a commercial farm with our business courses, our goal is the same: to provide you with the best tools and knowledge to succeed. We built this platform because we are growers ourselves, and we treat our customers with care and integrity. The terms below protect both you and us, ensuring a fair environment for everyone. 1. Introduction
Welcome to Nordic Hydro ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at https://nordichydro.com/ (the "Service") and the purchase of our products (seeds, plants, equipment) and digital content (courses).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Products and Services
We offer two main types of products:

Physical Goods: Growing accessories, seeds, trays, lights, and other equipment for microgreens and indoor plants.

Digital Products: Online courses, e-books, and educational materials related to the business of growing.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display will be accurate.

3. Digital Products and Courses (Specific Terms)
Access: Upon purchase of a course, you grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your personal, non-commercial use.

No Sharing: You may not share your login credentials or course materials with third parties. Doing so may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

Nature of Advice: Our courses provide educational information regarding the microgreens business. While we share strategies that have worked for us, we do not guarantee specific financial results. Your success depends on your own effort, market conditions, and other factors. We will however assist you with consultation and coaching until you succeed in generating the revenue that we agree upon. 

4. Orders and Payment
Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

5. Shipping and Delivery (Physical Goods)
Processing: We aim to process orders promptly. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

International Shipping: If you are ordering from outside our home country, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Risk of Loss: All physical items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds
Physical Goods: If you are not satisfied with a physical product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Digital Products (Courses): Due to the digital nature of our courses, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated in a specific "Money-Back Guarantee" offer on the sales page.

Damaged Items: If your goods arrive damaged, please send us a photo immediately so we can arrange a replacement.

7. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, video clips, and digital downloads, is the property of Nordic Hydro aps and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

8. Limitation of Liability
Nordic Hydro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our products or services. Specifically regarding cultivation: We are not responsible for crop failures or issues resulting from improper use of our seeds or equipment.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

REGARDING PLANT SALES:

Shipping conditions
We ship all international orders only on Mondays, and all domestic orders are shipped Monday to Wednesday. This is to avoid long delivery times over the weekend.

You also have the option to pick up your plants from us.
Simply select “Pickup” during the ordering process.

As soon as the temperatures require it, we will pack your plants in a free winter package with insulating foil and the option to purchase a heatpack. This way we ensure that the plants arrive healthy and strong – even at low temperatures.

In the event of extreme weather conditions in winter and summer, we reserve the right to postpone the shipment indefinitely until conditions are safe for plant shipping again.

Refunds
We pack very carefully and securely, but if a plant should arrive damaged, please immediately send us a photo of the packaging and contents to jeppeaavang@gmail.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible to find a solution.

Please note that we only accept refunds if the plant is still in its original condition. An immediate change of substrate or removal of parts of the plant (leaves and roots) will invalidate the return claim.

Always use the original packaging and filling material when returning. Use the same type of packaging that you received from us and agree on the time of return with us in advance.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund if damage occurs during return shipping due to incorrect packaging.

Minor shipping damage may occur despite our best efforts; unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for individual cracked leaves or discoloration.

We would like to point out that collection from our premises is also possible.

The plant will recover quickly with the right care and will reward you with new leaves – please take a look at our care instructions.

Non-delivery
If the package is not delivered due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer, or if the package is not picked up at a parcel shop, we will charge a fee of €20.

If you discover the error in time, you can simply send us the correct address information via email.
