NFT Hydroponics System

Complete NFT hydroponic system, made for growing salads, herbs and leafy plants.

The NFT (Nutrient film technique) is based on the principle of growing plants in a soil free environment by feeding the roots through a film of water that flows along the base of the channel.
The water recirculates from the tank to the channel, then the drained solution of the channel will come back to the tank.

This makes hydroponics a saving water cultivation method, it uses much less water per plant compared to traditional cultivation. As well it allows you to cultivate where there is no soil available.
The raised and clean growing surface offers plants a more protected environment from pests, infestations or mold.

The constant flow of water keeps the solution moving, enriching it with dissolved oxygen, creating an extremely favorable environment for the development of roots and plants. These characteristics make it really popular and easy-to-use system

This system adapts to different types of environments, from cultivation greenhouses, urban gardens, balconies but also to interior spaces (in this case it should be supported by a dedicated lighting system)
The NFT system is complete with an elegant and practical load-bearing structure, made of 23mm square PVC and Aluminium tubes with attached interlocking fittings. This solution offers simple assembly as well as allowing you to change its shape and size if you want to expand the cultivation area.

The system includes the nutrient reservoir , water pump, feeding line and drainage system, load-bearing structure and channels with pre-glued caps, all designed and engineered to make assembly simple and without the need for tools.

The feeding line that distributes the water to the system is made push fit fitting, easy to assemble and completely customizable.

The NFT channels profile is made of PVC suitable for contact with food and are equipped with a removable lid to facilitate maintenance and cleaning operations.
